Self-Care: 12 Tips To Feeling Inspired

Some days you wake up and right when you are going to begin your work, something stops you from doing so. Suddenly, that feeling where you once were so passionate and energized just isn’t there anymore. You don’t want to work today and you don’t feel motivated to do anything. Without this motivation, you feel a little hopeless, lost, and stuck.

Sometimes I get stuck in a rut, especially when it comes to this blog. Some days I’m just not a hundred percent passionate about it which makes it hard to want to work on it, generate new posts or feeling inspired. That’s when I have to take a step back and reset my mindset and sometimes that does involve taking a break. I’ve also found that I can work hard at feeling inspired when there’s no motivation.
