#1 Water- Water helps the body to process and flush out toxins faster, which makes it a quick and easy natural method that will make your hair grow a lot faster. It also keeps your hair hydrated from the inside out.

#3 Invest in a great pillowcase- invest in a silk pillowcase so your hair will clide over the pillow and not won’t get tangled or messed up.
#4 Shower the right way
Rinse your hair through with cold water before you get out of the shower to tame frizz and seal in the moisture, and if possible let it naturally dry.
#5 Protest those locks!
Make sure you are using a deep mask once a week our hair hydrated. Always use a heat protection serum to help with split ends. I usually put Moroccan or Argan oil on my hair when it is starting to look dull and gets a straw-like texture. It gives it some much needed moisture!
#6 Take a break from the heat
Go easy on the curling irons, straighteners, and hairdryer. Give your hair some time to breathe! If you must, do not use heat when your hair is wet and do not blow dry sopping wet hair. You’ll be drying your hair for a longer period of time, and as result adding more damage to your hair.
#7 Vitamins: A dose of 2500-5000 micrograms of Biotin is probably what I notice the most is what helps with the length of my hair. My hair and nails grow so fast when I take biotin or some type of prenatal vitamins everyday.
