I am so excited about this post because it was written by my good friend and blog designer Kathryn Cullen. I asked her if she would be willing to do guest series for the blog and I left it up to her on what she chose to do it on. She is so talented and I knew that she would come up with an inspiring post! Be sure to visit her website, Kathryn Cullen Designs, to keep up with her latest endeavors!

Hi! I’m Kathryn a current interior design student and lover of all things design and fashion.  The new “live in this” series will take the worry out of planning the perfect outfit by gathering inspiration from interiors.  I will dissect elements from selected interiors and translate them into cohesive outfits that reflect style. The next time you’re in a beautiful inspiring space think, how can I wear this? My hope is to show you possibilities for your closet and environment. Welcome to wearable interiors.

Those designs look great! I have just one technical question: How are you making these arrows? Are you using photoshop? I have been looking for ways to make them forever and have simply no idea!!! Can you help me there? Thanks a lot in advance!!!

Jane- the arrows are hand drawn with a stylus. I use a Wacom stylus/pad and hook it up to my computer. My program of choice is Adobe Illustrator because you can create custom brushes! Hope this helps!
