I’ve talked before about how doing yoga and pilates has helped both my mental and physical health. A brief stretch break that utilizes deep breathing provides clarity and slows down my breathe during stressful times. I think doing these best yoga poses in the morning sets the tone for the day. It gives me time to set goals and reflect on the ways I’ll deal with challenges. Sometimes the morning doesn’t happen though and I do it at night. It helps me wind down from a busy day.
