So i’ve had the lifestyle menu for quite some time now and have not done much with it. I thought I would put my book suggestions there but that got its own series. Then, I thought I would put travel there but honestly, I don’t travel much during the school year(#teacherlife). Then, after I did my post on The Kind Campaign and overcoming my childhood bullying experience, I got many emails. I’ve been opened about my struggle with anxiety and am always looking for ways to practice more self compassion and self care. So, here comes my new series. Sometimes it will be outside resources that I bring in(like today) and others it will be more of my voice.
I love today’s post because these are such good bedtime routine tips that I’ve tried and they definitely work! The things you do right in your bedtime routine can have a big impact on your life. It’s a great time to start a daily ritual, because the day is winding down and you’re not rushing around to get things done.
